विषय : उत्तर प्रदेश के अम्बेडकरनगर जिले में सार्वजनिक रूप से युवक को पुलिस के सामने बंधक बना कर अधमरा करने के सम्बन्ध में |

महोदय,

      आपका ध्यान 26 मार्च, 2014 के दैनिक समाचार पत्र "दैनिक जागरण" में छपी इस खबर "युवक को खम्भे से बांधकर पीटा" की और आकृष्ट कराना चाहता हूँ | जिसमे पुलिस के सामने लोगो द्वारा युवक को खम्भे से बाँधकर बुरी तरह पिटाई की गयी जिससे युवक अधमरा हो गया और पुलिस तमाशबीन बनी यह देखती रही | इस तरह सरेआम मानवाधिकार का उल्लघन करना और कानून को तोड़ने में हमलावरों के साथ ही साथ पुलिसवाले भी इसमे शामिल है |

      कृपया इस मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए दोषियों और दोषी पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ न्यायोचित कार्यवाही का निर्देश देने की कृपा करे और पीड़ित के समुचित इलाज और मुआवजा दिलाने की कृपा करे |
