विदित हो कि हमारे संस्था मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति और जनमित्र न्यास के मनासचिव (अवैतनिक) और सोशल बिज़नेस जनाब हरिहर एसोसिएट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कम्पनी के पार्टनर श्री जय कुमार मिश्रा की माता जी श्रीमती कलावती देवी पिछले कई दिनों के पापुलर अस्पताल के द्वितीय तल ICU में भर्ती है| श्रीमती कलावती पत्नी पत्नी कैलाश नाथ मिश्र ग्राम गोसाईपुर की मूल निवासिनी है|

श्रीमती कलावती देवी के साथ अस्पताल में उनके परिजन आनंद है| उन्होंने बताया कि श्रीमती कलावती देवी का ऑक्सीजन लेवल (SPO2) 70- 75 के बीच में है| जबकि लगातार अस्पताल द्वारा लगातार दबाव बनाकर कभी ऑक्सीजन खत्म होने और कभी कुछ बहाना बनाकर पैसा एडवांस जमा कराने का दबाव बना रहे है| साथ में ही पेशेंट श्रीमती कलावती देवी का कोई खास ख्याल भी नहीं रख रहे है|

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त मामले में अविलाम्भ संज्ञान में लेकर जांच करके कार्यवाही का आदेश करे जिससे पीड़िता का संवैधानिक अधिकार अनुच्छेद 21 राईट टू लाइफ विथ डिग्निटी सुनिश्चित हो सके|
