सेवापुरी (वाराणसी)। सिहोरवां उत्तरी गांव में मारपीट की सूचना पर रविवार की देर रात पहुंची पुलिस पर जानलेवा हमला किया गया। हमले में दरोगा और सिपाही घायल हो गए। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही काफी संख्या में पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची लेकिन तब तक हमलावर भाग निकले थे। घायल दरोगा और सिपाही को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र हाथी में भर्ती कराया गया। इस मामले में जंसा थाने में पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।

जंसा थाना के सिहोरवां उत्तरी गांव की रन्नो देवी के अनुसार आए दिन आपसी लेनदेन और विवाद को लेकर देवर प्रदीप व सूरज, ससुर गोपीचंद और सास मिलकर उसे मारते-पीटते हैं। रविवार की रात 10 बजे रन्नो देवी ने दरोगा हरिशंकर को फोन कर मारपीट की सूचना दी। मौके पर पहुंचे दरोगा हरिशंकर और सिपाही संदीप कुमार ने लोगों को समझाने का प्रयास किया तो वह सुनने को तैयार नहीं हुए। इसी बीच दिव्यांग सूरज ने दरोगा के पैर में दांत से काट लिया। दरोगा ने सिपाही को वीडियो रिकॉर्डिगिं करने को कहा। इस पर सूरज ने लाठी से सिपाही संदीप के सिर पर वार कर दिया। लाठी के वार से सिपाही का सिर फट गया और वह लहूलुहान होकर गिर पड़ा। ग्रामीणों ने घटना की सूचना जंसा थानाध्यक्ष को दी तो मौके पर फोर्स के पहुंचते ही आरोपी भाग गए। घायल सिपाही को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया है। दरोगा हरिशंकर सिंह की तहरीर पर पांच लोगों के खिलाफ जानलेवा हमला सहित अन्य आरोपों में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापा मार रही है। उधर, ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि रन्नो देवी के पति की एक साल पहले मौत हो गई थी। पति की मौत के बाद से ही रन्नो देवी की मुश्किलें बढ़ने के साथ ही उसे ससुराल में प्रताडि़त किया जाने लगा।

Dalits' 'torture' in custody: Two cops suspended

SANGRUR: Following allegations of alleged torture and illegal confinement of two dalit youths at Sandaur police station in Sangrur district, Punjab Police on Friday suspended two cops, including an assistant sub-inspector and a home guard, and transferred three other policemen.

The action came after Jagga Singh, sarpanch of Kasba Bharal village, filed a complaint alleging that ASI Sukhwinder Singh and home guard Kesar Singh allegedly detained his nephews Simranjeet Singh and Lakhbir Singh and kept them in illegal confinement.

'Cops tortured us when we stood firm'

When the two men went to the police station to file a complaint against four policemen who had allegedly taken away Rs 20,000 from them on Wednesday, they were confined there. The complainant also alleged that the policemen tortured Simranjeet and Lakhbir and even poured petrol on the former's private parts. Lakhbir sustained minor injuries, but Simranjeet had to be admitted to Malerkotla Civil Hospital.

Jagga Singh said his nephew was approached by four persons on Wednesday night who identified themselves as a policemen and asked the duo to come with them to the police station in connection with some case. They even took Rs 20,000 from them. One of the victims, Simranjeet, claimed that the policemen told them not to file a complaint about Wednesday night's incident, and when they did not agree, the cops tortured them.

According to the complainant, his nephews were kept at the police station till Thursday evening and only released after their relatives assembled outside the police station and threatened to hold a protest.

Malerkotla superintendent of police Manjit Singh Brar said they had suspended ASI Sukhwinder Singh and homeguard Kesar Singh and transferred three other cops. He said the allegations regarding Wednesday's incident were also being investigated.

Two policemen are seen raining blows on a man, apparently intoxicated, with their batons in a video that has been widely shared on social media, triggering huge criticism. The video from Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara, about 300 km from state capital Bhopal, has now prompted a probe by the city police.

The clip apparently shot on a mobile phone shows one of the two cops beating the man till he falls on the ground. He is then joined by his colleague, standing next to him. Another man in a white shirt and black trousers is watching them both. He then helps the policemen as they carry the man to the police van and then drive away.

This clip - nearly 1 minute and 32 seconds long - is an old one, said police, adding that the man who was being beaten was creating ruckus in the neighbourhood. 

"An old video has gone viral that shows a man being beaten. We have taken note of it. Two cops - Krishna Dongre and Ashish - are seen in the clip. The man was seen creating ruckus. We have ordered a probe. Police dropped the man. No case has been filed against him. We will wait for the probe to complete," senior police officer Shashank Garg told reporters.

Many on social media had sought to know the reason of the provocation, calling the incident "brutal".

"What makes them so cruel?" wrote a user.

Another user tweeted: "How brutally these cops are thrashing this man, these police officers must be jailed immediately."

The video comes as a nationwide lockdown continue to tackle coronavirus, which has infected over 6,000 people in Madhya Pradesh, killed over 270 patients.

Across India, over 1.25 lakh have been affected, more than 3,700 have died.

विदित हो कि हमारे कार्यालय में  प्रार्थी रामकृपाल पिता स्व. रामअवध 916393851484 नम्बर से फोन करके अपनी समस्या बताकर मदद की अपील की है। पीड़ित  ग्राम चिंतौरा,पोस्ट -मुबारकपुर, तहसील - टांडा,थाना -टांडा कोतवाली जिला -अम्बेडकर नगर का निवासी हूँ। केवट जाति के है।जो कि इस समय लाकड़ाउन के दौरान सभी लोग घर मे ही किसी तरह जीवन यापन कर रहे  है।

  पीड़ित ने बताया की दिनांक 23 मई,2020 सन्तोष पुत्र रामसूरत के घर से मोबाइल चोरी हो गयी ।प्रार्थी के रिश्तेदार रूपचंद पिता भोरई  प्राथी के घर 4 दिन पहले घूमने आए थे। जिसका आरोप रूपचन्द पिता भोरई के ऊपर मोबाइल व 20 हजार रुपया का सन्तोष द्वारा चोरी में लगाया जा रहा है। इसी मामले को लेकर दिनांक 24 मई,2020 को टांडा कोतवाली थाना जाकर सन्तोष द्वारा रूपचन्द के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराया गया।रिपोर्ट दर्ज होते ही शाम 4 बजे पुलिस घर पर आकर बोली रूपचंद्र कहा है ।उनके खिलाफ 20 हजार रुपया व मोबाइल चोरी के आरोप में शिकायत दर्ज कराया गया। उस समय घर के बाहर रूपचंद्र बैठे हुए थे। रूपचंद्र ने बोला साहब मैं हूँ मैने कोई चोरी नही किया है। लेकिन पुलिस वाले रूपचंद्र की बातों को अनसुना करते हुए बोले कि चलो गाड़ी पर बैठो थाने चलकर सफाई देना साहब के सामने पुलिस वाले जबरिया हड़काते हुए दो पहिया गाड़ी पर बैठाकर ले गए। थाने ले जाने के बाद कई तरह से आरोप में फ़साना चाह रहे है।

 पीड़ित ने आगे बताया कि पुलिस वाले जब प्रार्थी के परिवार वाले रूपचंद्र को छोड़ने की बात किये तो कोतवाल साहब बोले के इसको अब नहीं छोड़ेगे। ये बैंक लुटेरा व साथ ही बहुत बड़ा गुंडा है। इसको अब जेल भेजेगे। इस तरह कोतवाल साहब प्रार्थी लोगो को हड़काकर भगा देते थे। अभी तक पुलिस वाले रूपचंद्र पिता भोरई  को थाने में ही बैठाये है छोड़ने का नाम ही नही ले रहे है। यह डी० के० बसु vs स्टेट ऑफ वेस्ट बंगाल का उलंघन है|

आपका ध्यान दैनिक समाचार पत्र "हिंदुस्तान" में २३ मई, 2020 को प्रकाशित इस खबर "छेड़खानी के आरोपितो को मारा-पीटा, बाल मुडवाये" की ओर आकृष्ट कराना चाहता हूँ कि एक नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ छेड़खानी के आधार पर लोगो ने आरोपित व्यक्तियों के बाल मुंडवा दिए और उन्हें असंवैधानिक तरीके से दण्ड देने का प्रयास किया गया | जबकि इस मामले में पुलिस में शिकायत करके न्यायालय द्वारा उन्हें सजा मिलनी चाहिए अगर वो दोषी है |

महोदय,

विदित हो कि मैं आपका ध्यान दिनांक 23 मई,2020 दैनिक समाचार पत्र "हिंदुस्तान" के इस खबर में अंधविश्वास  में युवक को पीटकर मार डाला,की ओर आकृष्ट कराना चाहता हूँ कि 35 वर्षीया लल्ला सोनकर स्व. वित्तन सोनकर ग्राम जमुनहीया  पिपराडॉड जिला मिर्जापुर में  लगभग रात नौ बजे अपने घर के दरवाजे पर बैठा था। उसी दौरान दूसरे पक्ष के लोग लाठी डंडा लेकर पहुचे। लल्ला से शिकायत करने लगे कि तुम्हारे फूफा ने राजू व शाजू के शौचालय के पास फूल माला,हल्दी व लौंग रखकर भूत-प्रेत कर रहे है।दरवाजे पर बैठे लल्ला को शौचालय के पास लेकर चले गए।भूत-प्रेत की बात को लेकर आरोपियों ने लल्ला की पिटाई कर दी।जिसके कारण लल्ला की मौत हो गयी।
अतः श्रीमान महोदय से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए इस अमानवीय घटना पर न्यायोचित कार्यवाही करते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें। इसके साथ ही मृतक के परिजनो को उचित मुआवजा दिलाने की कृपा करें।

विषय : उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले के मीना बाज़ार, थाना-लोहता में एक व्यक्ति द्वारा महिलाओ के अश्लील विडियो बनाने और उसे वायरल करने की धमकी देने और पुलिस से शिकायत करने के पश्चात् भी पुलिस द्वारा कोइ कार्यवाही न करने व आरोपी को गिरफ्तार न करने के सन्दर्भ में |

महोदय,

आपको यह अवगत कराना है कि पीडिता रशीदा बानो पुत्री नसरुद्दीन, उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले के मीना बाज़ार, थाना-लोहता की रहने वाली है | पीडिता के घर में कोइ स्थाई बाथरूम नहीं है जिसके कारण पीडिता व उसकी बहन शाहिदा 18 वर्ष, रेशमा 17 वर्ष अपने घर के ही आंगन में किसी तरह आड़ करके स्नान करती है | उनके पड़ोस में रहने वाले मैनुलाक पुत्र जैनुलाद अपने छत से छुप छुप कर पीडिता व उसकी बहनों का स्नान करते समय अश्लील विडिओ बनाता था | 18 मई 2020 को भी स्नान करते समय वो छुप कर उनकी स्नान करते का विडियो बना रहा था | पीडिता के अचानक निगाह पड़ने पर उसने उसका विरोध किया तो मैनुलाक द्वारा उन्हें धमकी दी गयी कि इस विडियो को इन्टरनेट पर वायरल कर देगा |इसके बाद पीडिता ने अपने मोबाईल से 1090 महिला हेल्पलाइन पर फोन करके अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई तो उनलोगों ने कहा कि 112 पर शिकायत करे | जिसके बाद पीडिता ने 112 नंबर पर शिकायत की जिसके कुछ बाद शाम को लगभग 5 बजे और आरोपी को विडियो के साथ पकड़ भी लिया और पीडिता और उसकी बहनों को थाने बुलाया और 7 बजे तक पुलिस थाने पर उन लोगो को बैठाये रही और फिर बिना कोई कार्यवाही के ही उनको वापस घर भेज दिया  | इसके साथ ही आरोपी मैनुलाक को भी छोड़ दिया | इसके बाद पीड़ित ने दुसरे दिन थाने पर सुबह 10 बजे तहरीर देने गयी तब भी उसे 12 बजे तक पुलिस ने थाने में बैठाये रखा लेकिन कोइ कार्यवाही नहीं की |

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए पुलिस की इस लापरवाही की निष्पक्षता से जांच कराते हुए दोषी को गिरफ्तार कर कानूनी कार्यवाही हेतु सम्बंधित अधिकारिओ को आवश्यक निर्देश देने की कृपा करे जिससे महिला के सम्मान की रक्षा हो सके |

विदित हो की धर्मेन्द्र कुमार पुत्र श्री होरी लाल ग्राम -महदेपुर, पोस्ट- पुआरी कला थाना-- बड़ा गांव  जिला-  वाराणसी के निवासी है| धर्मेन्द्र कुमार अनुसूचित जाति के है और इनकी गिरफ़्तारी दिनांक 15-05-202 को कैंट थाने में दर्ज क्राइम संख्या 342/20 के धारा IPC 420, 467, 468,471,120 B के अंतर्गत हुई है| अभी वह जिला जेल चौकाघाट में निरुद्ध है|

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इनको को जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण से वकील मुहैया प्रदान कराने की कृपा करे|
