These proceedings shall be read
in continuation of the proceedings dated 13.12.2017 vide which reminder was
directed to be issued to the Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh for
submission of his report. No report has been submitted by the Chief Secretary,
Government of Madhya Pradesh despite warning of coercive process. Under these
circumstances, the Commission would have ordinarily issued summons for personal
appearance, but one more opportunity is granted to him for submission of report
within four weeks positively failing which the Commission shall be constrained
to take coercive steps U/s 13 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 for
his personal appearance. Copies of the relevant papers be again transmitted to
him.
