Direction issued by the Commission	These proceedings shall be read in continuation of the earlier proceedings of the Commission dated 17.06.2013, vide which the SP, Kaithal, was directed to submit present status of investigation of the case. The Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, was directed to inform the Commission as to what steps have been taken for payment of monetary relief to the victim under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Pursuant to the directions of the Commission, the SP, Kaithal, has submitted his report dated 31.07.2013, in which it is stated that a chargesheet has been submitted U/S 363/365/366-A/376 (2)(g)/506 IPC and U/S 3 (1) (12) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Another report dated 16.08.2013 has been received from the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, in which it is stated that Rs.65,000/- have been given to Shri Lal Singh, father of the victim. A photocopy of the cheque is annexed with. The Commission has perused and considered the reports. It is clear from the report of the SP that chargesheet has been filed in the matter. The matter is sub-judice and required monetary relief has been paid. Hence, no further intervention of the Commission in the matter is required and the case is closed.
