First step for Assam tea Garden workers

It is good outcome in broader way in benefit of tea garden workers. PVCHR welcomes that.But need to ensure implementation,so need to know about grass root enforcement of minimum wages by labour department.Need to send team for spot visit and verification by NHRC.Because matter are sensitive.

There is a very big gap for workers in Barak Valley. Need to intervene in this regards too.
