I want to bring in your kind attention that Mr. Lallan Jaiswar, a human rights defender and State Coordinator of Peoples Vigilance Committee on Human Rights (PVCHR) is detained in VP Road police station.  In detention police is harnessing him. 

Today Mr. Lallan Jaiswar was planning to organize protest on the incidence of firing happened yesterday in Delhi. 

Therefore it is a kind request please direct for the immediate release of Mr. Lallan Jaiswar.
