The complaint dated 27/03/2020 received from ANUP SRIVASTAVA of PVCHR in respect of 12 MIGRANT WORKERS, was placed before the Commission on 26/06/2020. Upon perusing the complaint, the Commission directed as follows:
 
       The grievance raised in the complaint, listed above, relates to a matter, which is subject to the State.  Let the complaint be transferred to the concerned State Human Rights Commission u/s 13(6) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993, for disposal in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
 
       2. Accordingly, I am attaching a scanned copy of the complaint, for its disposal at your end.
