Sir/Madam,

The complaint dated 28/03/2020, received from ANUP SRIVASTAVA of PVCHR in respect of 236 FAMILIES OF SARAIKELA, was placed before the Commission on 29/06/2020. Upon perusing the complaint, the Commission directed as follows:

This complaint be transmitted to the concerned authority for such action as deemed appropriate. The authority concerned is directed to take appropriate action within 8 weeks associating the complainant/victim and to inform them of the action taken in the matter.

2.         Accordingly, I am attaching scanned copy of the complaint for necessary action as per the directions of the Commission.
