NOTICE

To

THE CHIEF SECRETARY
GOVT. OF HARYANA, CHANDIGARH


Whereas the Complaint/Intimation dated 10/08/2011 recieved from  DR. MOHANLAL PANDA, ADVISOR, PVCHR in respect of PEOPLE OF HARYANA was placed before the Commission on 10/08/2011.
And Whereas upon persuing the Complaint the Commission has passed the Following order:
The complainant in his complaint e-mail dated 10-08-2011 referring to web link alleged that the prices of food grains are increasing day by day but about 30,000 to 40,000 tonnes wheat acquired by CONFED (The Haryana State Federation of Consumers' Cooperative Wholesale Stores Ltd.) has been dumped in Palwal District of Haryana in "a state of decay". The complainant further alleged that the District Collector, Palwal has also accepted that the foodgrains are not covered. Issue notice to the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Haryana calling for a report in the matter within four weeks. Now therefore take notice that you are required to submit the requested information / Report within  from the date of reciept of this notice.
Take further notice that in default the Commission may proceed to take such action as it deems proper.
