To
THE CHIEF SECRETARY
GOVT. OF UTTAR PRADESH, LUCKNOW
Whereas the Complaint/Intimation dated 12/07/2011 recieved from  DR. MOHANLAL PANDA, ADVISOR, PVCHR in respect of FARMERS OF BUNDELKHAND REGION was placed before the Commission on 13/07/2011. And Whereas upon persuing the Complaint the Commission has passed the Following order: "The complainant vide his e-mail compliant dated 12.07.2011 has alleged that corrupt Bundelkhand Officials feed off aid for dead farmers. The complainant has referred to a sting operation made by a Television Channel 'Headlines Today', claiming that Govt. Officials are taking bribes from poor farmers to grant aid provided by the Govt. for their welfare. Issue notice to the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh calling for a report in the matter within four weeks." Now therefore take notice that you are required to submit the requested information / Report within  from the date of reciept of this notice. Take further notice that in default the Commission may proceed to take such action as it deems proper. Given under my hand and seal of the Commission this the day of 7/13/2011.
