The above link carries two sad stories in Odisha.

In the first story, a farmer consumed poison and died in the varanda of the panchayat office due to failure in paying back the agriculture loan. The farmer named Babaji Charan Sahoo (50) belongs to the Belpahali panchayat in the Anandpur block in Keonjhar district.

The second report refers to hunger death of Mr Gadadhar Samal (40) in Dudurkot village, Hindol Block Dhenkanal District.
