To
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE
WEST BENGAL, KALKATTA
Whereas the Complaint/Intimation dated 13/07/2011 recieved from  DR. MOHANLAL PANDA, ADVISOR, PVCHR in respect of KANAI MONDAL S/O LATE LAKHINDAR MONDAL was placed before the Commission on 13/07/2011. And Whereas upon persuing the Complaint the Commission has passed the Following order: Issue notice to Director General of Police, West Bengal and Director General, BSF calling for a detailed report within one week. Now therefore take notice that you are required to submit the requested information / Report within  from the date of reciept of this notice. Take further notice that in default the Commission may proceed to take such action as it deems proper. Given under my hand and seal of the Commission this the day of 7/13/2011.
