According to this report, the Hospital in Kuchinda, Dist : Sambalpur is designated as a referral hospital. However, there is no infrastructural facilities in this hospital leading to immense problems for the patients.

 

 Sir, on behalf of PVCHR, I request you to immediately intervene and investigate the matter. The state must be directed to provide adequate number of medical staff and other facilities for the patient care.
