The news report highlights the compromise of safety standards in the industrial areas in Jharsuguds, Odisha. In last four years the area has witnessed as per the government report, death of 75 labours while 80 are declared invalid.

 

Sir, on behalf of PVCHR, I request you to immediately intervene and investigate the matter. The safety and security of the labours must be given utmost priority.
