According to this report, 25 villages of the Minapur and Mandal Panchayats are surrounded by the water of Indrabati Hydro Project. The villagers communication with the main land by boat, which is not water worthy. Despite several request, the state has not provided them a boat which has affected their life immensely.

 

Sir, on behalf of PVCHR, I request you to immediately intervene and investigate the matter. The state must ensure their communication so the villagers and the students in particular travel across the water body for education.
